The AMCU allowed LNZ Group to acquire two agricultural enterprises in Vinnytsia region

In particular, the purchase of AMG Mironovskoye LLC and Genro LLC

As indicated in the message of the Antimmonopoly Committee of Ukraine, permission was granted “Shevchenko Agricultural Society" LLC (Shpola, Shpolyansky district, Cherkasy region) for the acquisition of a stake in the authorized capital of AMG Mironovskoye LLC (Petrashovka village, Yampolsky district, Vinnitsa region), which ensures the excess of 50% of the votes in the highest management body of the company.

It is known that the founder of “Shevchenko Agricultural Society" LLC is LNZ Group (LNZ Group LLC), and Dmitry Kravchenko is the ultimate beneficiary.

Another permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine “Shevchenko Agricultural Society" LLC received for the purchase of a share in the authorized capital of Genro LLC.

LNZ Group is one of the leaders in the seed market of Ukraine with many years of experience working with leading international breeding companies for the production of seeds of corn, sunflower, soybeans, wheat, peas, barley. The company cultivates 70,000 hectares of land.

LNZ Group unites 33 agricultural companies, as well as a specialized plant for the production of corn, a multifunctional plant for the production of seeds of wheat, barley, peas, soybeans, sunflower, flax, spelled, two elevators in the Cherkasy and Sumy regions, 5 logistics centers and its own customs warehouse.
