According to the press service of the FSMU, six participants competed for the state enterprise Mykolaiv Maritime Agency. During the auction, the price increased 20 times - from almost UAH 711,000. up to UAH 14.28 million.
The winner of the auction was Mykolaiv Fish Port, which previously leased part of the Agency's property.
Warehouse premises, equipment, furniture and a water vehicle (floating dock) will be transferred to the new owner. Also, the object has a favorable location - not far from the Black Sea Shipyard and the railway station, next to the South Bug River.
Previously, the Mykolaiv Maritime Agency was engaged in the maintenance of water transport. In 2020, it was transferred from the management of the State Agency for Land Reclamation and Fisheries to the management of the FDM.
In 2021, the Agency's property was seized in the case of recovery of 5.2 million hryvnias.
