The owner of Pivdenny Bank buys Pivdenna agriculture firm

AMCU allowed Yuri Rodin to buy an agricultural company in Odessa region

According to the data of the state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Yuri Rodin is the main shareholder of Pivdenny Bank, which he owns jointly with his wife Tamara Rodina and daughter Alla Vanetsyants.

In turn, Vera Lytkina (Odessa) is the ultimate beneficiary of Agro Firma Pivdenna LLC.

Agro Firm Pivdenna is engaged in the cultivation and sale of cereals (wheat, corn, barley), legumes (peas and chickpeas) and oilseeds. According to the data on the company's Facebook page, it rents land plots located near Tatarbunar, the villages of Trapovka, Zarechnoye and Divisiya (all in Odessa region), from more than 1,200 shareholders.

In 2019, the net loss of the agricultural company amounted to UAH 504 thousand, while in 2018 the net profit was UAH 29 million, revenue decreased in 2.3 times - to UAH 44.65 million, and net income from operating activities decreased in 9.2 times - to UAH 3.55 million.

Earlier, Yuri Rodin had already received the AMCU approval for the purchase of Liman LLC and Chernomorets ALC (both in Odessa region) owned by Vera Lytkina.
