Toloka.vc Invests in U.S. AI Construction Simulator Alice Technologies

Ukrainian syndicate Toloka.vc has invested in Silicon Valley–based startup Alice Technologies, which developed the world’s first generative AI simulator for optimizing construction projects

Ukrainian investment syndicate Toloka.vc has become an investor in Alice Technologies, a Silicon Valley startup that created the world’s first generative construction simulator powered by artificial intelligence, the syndicate’s press service reported.

The Alice platform uses AI to model thousands of scenarios for implementing construction and infrastructure projects, taking into account resources, logistics, timelines, and budget. This enables companies to identify the most efficient execution strategies and optimize resource utilization.

Alice’s solution helps developers shorten planning time and significantly reduce costs — saving an average of $12.1 million per $100 million project and cutting construction timelines by 128 days.

The technology is already being applied to projects with a total budget exceeding $115 billion, and the platform integrates with leading project management systems such as Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

According to Toloka.vc, Alice Technologies represents not just another tool but a true technological breakthrough that allows construction companies to address three key challenges simultaneously — managing budgets, schedules, and planning quality. Artificial intelligence enables real-time testing of multiple scenarios and selection of the optimal implementation path.

Founded in 2023 by Taras Kyrychenko, Ihor Shoifa, and Oleksandr Kolb, the Toloka.vc syndicate has brought together more than 1,700 investors in its first year of operation and invested over $20 million in fast-growing startups.

Toloka.vc focuses on projects with global scalability potential — companies capable of expanding worldwide, going public, or becoming attractive targets for strategic acquisitions.
