This investment marks a significant milestone for both countries, as it signals the beginning of cross-border venture capital investments between Ukraine and Moldova.

U.Ventures was established by the Western NIS Enterprise Fund, which has over 26 years of successful investing experience in Ukraine and Moldova. The fund invests in early-stage startups across a range of sectors, including fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and more. Prior investments of U.Ventures include Fintech Farm, DRESSX, Mate Academy, 3DLOOK, Turnkey Lender, Rallyware, Petcube, and others. In addition to investments, the fund also supports innovative projects aimed at developing entrepreneurial and engineering culture in Ukraine.

This marks the first time these VC firms have committed to a Moldovan startup, further validating the potential and progress of Bloomcoding.

In just one and a half years since its launch, Bloomcoding has shown potential to become a market leader in online coding education for children. The company has reached 1,000 students taking classes monthly and has ca tured a significant market share in Romania and Bulgaria. Bloomcoding's unique curriculum utilizes AR and VR technologies, providing an interactive and fun way for children to learn coding and other digital skills.
