Ukraine's VC TA Ventures and ICLUB invest $4M in healthtech startup Berry Street

Ukraine's TA Ventures and angel syndicate ICLUB, has participated in a $50 million Series B financing round for New York-based startup Berry Street, which specializes in nutritional solutions.

The total amount of funds raised amounted to $50 million, of which TA Ventures and ICLUB's investment accounts for $4 million.
Northzone, Sofina, and FJ Labs also participated in the round.

Berry Street will use the funds to expand its team, develop its technology and enter new markets.This is not the first investment in Berry Street by TA Ventures and ICLUB. The funds previously backed the company during its seed round.

TA Ventures is a European early-stage venture capital firm based in Ukraine, focusing on tech startups across mobility, digital health, AI, fintech, and enterprise software. They invest in Seed and Series A rounds, often co-investing with top-tier international VCs. The firm also actively supports its portfolio companies with a global network and strategic guidance.

Berry Street is a turnkey health tech business platform that enables nutritionists to start and scale their own practices by automating administrative and patient processes. The platform simplifies the work of nutritionists with AI-powered tools, saving more than 7,500 hours per year and improving patient retention by 23%.

Berry Street provides access to nutritional therapy for 200 million Americans with insurance coverage for such services. According to the press release, in 2024, more than 110,000 nutritionist consultations were reimbursed by insurance companies.
