Ukrainian AI Audit Platform Crosscheck Raises $450K

Crosscheck, an AI-powered platform for audit preparation and certification, has secured $450,000 in funding from Swiss fund Tenity and Ukrainian investor Dnipro VC

Ukrainian startup Crosscheck, which develops an AI platform to help companies prepare for audits more efficiently and with fewer errors, has raised $450,000 in funding at a $7 million valuation.

The platform is priced at $6,600 per year on a subscription basis.

“If a company exports to the EU, it must pass audits. We simplify this by providing a platform that generates the required documentation list and checks for compliance,” said Crosscheck co-founder Bohdan Draikhaupt.

The startup plans to use the funds to expand its team, boost marketing, and accelerate sales in the U.S. market.

Crosscheck already serves leading Ukrainian agribusinesses such as Kernel, Astarta, and others.

Founded in 2023 by Bohdan Draikhaupt and Mykyta Furdui, the company leverages AI to collect, analyze, and structure clients' documents, helping identify potential issues before external auditors arrive.
