Ukrainian Cloud Optimization Startup Stackbooster Raises $100K in Pre-Seed Round

Ukrainian-American startup Stackbooster has raised $100,000 in pre-seed funding from an undisclosed angel investor.

Stackbooster, a Ukrainian-American startup, announced in a press release that it has raised $100,000 in a pre-seed funding round. The company plans to use the funds to launch an AI-powered platform for automating Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure — enabling developers to deploy, scale, and manage cloud-native applications efficiently.

The platform features proprietary machine learning orchestration that dynamically allocates computing resources in real time, preventing downtime and overprovisioning.

Stackbooster collaborates with major players in the cloud ecosystem, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Founded in 2024 by serial entrepreneur Alex Sharabudinov and AWS infrastructure expert Volodymyr Lebedev, Stackbooster is a graduate of the YEP accelerator.

The company has now opened a $2 million seed round to scale product development, marketing, and customer acquisition.
