The FRACTAL Group of Companies has invested $1 million in fintech startup Finerd, which is creating artificial intelligence solutions for monitoring and managing personal and corporate finances. The news was announced by FRACTAL founder Artem Borodatiuk.
According to him, the decision continues a successful collaboration with Radomyr Novkovych, co-founder of Finerd.
We already have several profitable joint ventures with Radomyr. His 15 years of experience in automating financial processes for companies of various sizes, along with his successful exit from a financial accounting project, make this investment a logical step,” — said Borodatiuk.
Finerd is designed for so-called “financial nerds” — people who strive for maximum accuracy, transparency, and control over their income and expenses. The platform allows users to manage personal, family, and business finances by combining accounting, analytics, and forecasting tools powered by AI technologies.
The Finerd app offers tools for integrating financial data, managing debts, tracking investments, and processing transactions. The product will be available on iOS, Android, and as a web version.
The Finerd team already has a proven track record: previously, it created a financial application that achieved 1.5 million downloads and generated about $1 million in annual revenue across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The FRACTAL Group (formerly known as Netpeak Group) unites over 30 companies, including the marketing agency Inweb, startup studio Tonti Laguna Group, and app platform KissMyApps. Among the group’s clients are PrivatBank, Work.ua, Epicenter, and OLX.
According to DOU, FRACTAL ranks among the top five Ukrainian IT companies by hiring activity in 2025. Over the past four years, the group’s revenue has grown by an average of 77% annually, making it one of the most dynamic ecosystems in Ukraine’s technology business.
