Ukrainian SaaS Startup Uspacy Secures €420K to Advance CRM Platform and Expand into Poland

Ukraine-based Uspacy raised €420K to enhance its CRM solution and scale into new markets, with Poland as the primary target

Ukrainian SaaS startup Uspacy has secured €420K in funding to further develop its CRM platform and accelerate market expansion. The round was backed by Estonian fund Startup Wise Guys, several Ukrainian business angels, and grant programs from Google for Startups, Seeds of Bravery, Glovo Startup Lab, and the Ukrainian Startup Fund with the support of the Ukrainian-Moldovan American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF).

Founded in Kyiv in 2022 by Dmytro Suslov, Kyrylo Melnychuk, Spartak Polishchuk, and Volodymyr Pimakhov, Uspacy offers an all-in-one solution for SMEs, integrating CRM, task and project management, corporate chat, and process automation. The platform features customizable objects, integration with Ukrainian marketplaces, CMSs, delivery and payment services, along with a mobile app and a social-media-style news feed.

Uspacy is already used by both private companies and public institutions, and is expanding into Poland, Brazil, and other markets. Of the total funding, €250K came from Startup Wise Guys and Ukrainian business angels, while €170K was provided as grants from the above-mentioned programs.

Startup Wise Guys specializes in early-stage investments in startups from Estonia, Central Europe, and Africa. Since 2012, it has invested in over 350 projects with 13 successful exits, including Ukrainian defense tech startup Frontline and Estonian fintech companies CryptoSwift and Pointship.

The newly raised capital will be allocated toward ongoing product development and active marketing, primarily in Ukraine and Poland. The team aims to demonstrate the platform’s international scalability potential and attract further interest from foreign investors.
