According to the press service of SETAM, the Ukrkava factory, located in Chornomorsk, Odesa region, is being auctioned off to settle debts. The facility specializes in producing instant coffee and coffee-based products.
The auction is scheduled for May 12, with a starting bid of UAH 78.48 million (approx. $2 million).
The asset includes:
- An eight-story production building with canopies, totaling 7,665.5 sq.m;
- A pump station building with a basement (76.1 sq.m);
- Perimeter fence, gates, cooling tower, water reservoir, artesian well, sludge tank, and inspection wells.
The land plot on which these assets are located is not included in the sale.
The factory is owned by Ukrkava LLC, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. The company’s largest creditor is the state-owned Oschadbank.
