The buildings space amounts to 7 300 square meters over the land plot of 0.7ha.
Being said, the company estimates the property at UAH 267mln (USD 10mln). Ukrtelecom is a private telecommunications company with the largest network of fixed telephone line. The head office is located in Kyiv. Starting 2011, the company changed form of incorporation for Public Limited Company. The major shareholder of the company remains Rinat Akhmetov via its SKM group of companies.
