Vadym Rogovsky Enters IT Buyout Market with Launch of Rebel Capital and First U.S. Deal

Vadym Rogovsky, founder of AI startup 3DLook and partner at Ukrainian venture fund Geek Ventures, has launched Rebel Capital, which has already completed its first acquisition

Rebel Capital, a newly formed holding company established by Ukrainian investor Vadym Rogovsky, is focused on acquiring mature IT companies.

Rogovsky’s new strategy shifts away from backing early-stage startups toward purchasing U.S.-registered companies with established operations or startups that have lost growth momentum.

His partner at Rebel Capital is Hanna Markovska, a financial sector investor with a decade of experience, having previously worked at UBS and Deutsche Bank.

On April 11, Rebel Capital acquired Leadature, a U.S.-based event management platform that has been operating for 17 years. The transaction value is estimated at $1.5 million.

Vadym Rogovsky is best known for founding AI-powered startup 3DLook and for investing in 53 startups through Geek Ventures, a fund launched in December 2021 in partnership with Ihor Makhanok. Rogovsky stepped back from active management at Geek Ventures at the end of 2024 but remains a partner.
