Founded in 2021 by Tomasz Rudolf and Maciek Malenda, Doctor.One provides a virtual clinic, allowing doctors to set up subscription-based private practices. The startup offers a unique treatment model centered on daily "rounds," allowing physicians to interact with their patients via texts, video calls, and online chat, addressing issues early.
Doctor.One is trusted by 3,000 doctors across 33 specialties, including primary care, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and private practices.

Details of the deal The fresh funding was backed by Smartlink Partners, a Polish venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments across several sectors, including e-commerce, digital business, AI, cybersecurity, renewable energy, and medical technology. Smartlink Partners focuses primarily on opportunities in Poland and Central Europe, typically investing between €460,000 (PLN 2 million) and €1.8 million (PLN 8 million) per venture

The round also saw participation from Kyiv-based VC Vesma Capital and several angel investors, including Anna Lankauf, Piotr Karwatka, and Tomasz Karwatka

The funds raised will be used for platform development, including the integration of solutions that automate the work of doctors.
