"Vody Polyany" LLC received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) to acquire sole control over MPP "Alex" by purchasing a share in the authorized capital, which ensures an excess of 50% of votes in the company's highest management body.
The AMCU also issued relevant decisions regarding the acquisition by Vody Polyany LLC of control over Aqua Alex LLC and Zakarpatkurortminvody LLC.
These companies produce mineral waters "Polyana Kvasova 8", "Luzhanska", "Shayanska", "Polyana Kupel-5" and others.
According to YouControl, the total turnover of all three companies in 2023 amounted to UAH 559.4 million, the final beneficiaries are Andrii Petivka and Vasyl Popp.
The owner of Vody Polyany LLC is Lviv businessman Oleksandr Svishchev, who in 2023, together with Tomas Fiala's Dragon Capital investment company, received a permit from the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce to purchase the Truskavetska water producer. In the past, Svishchev was also a co-owner of the Vynnykiv tobacco factory.
