NAK Nadra of Ukraine and its subsidiary Ukrnaukageocenter concentrated 100% of the authorized capital of the company Nadra Yuzovska, which owns the license to develop the largest Yuzovskoye shale gas field in Ukraine. The government of Ukraine could not force in courts Yuzgaz B.V to buy out 10% stake from still another former participant apart from world major Shell which came out of the projects.
As of present, NAK Nadra of Ukraine owns 99% of Nadra Yuzovskaya's capital, and the rest 1% belongs to Ukrnaukageocenter, according to the State Registrar.
