According to Taras Kuzmich, Head of the Board of NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy”, NJSC “Naftogaz” paid $15 million for the acquisition of 100% in the authorized capital of “Nadra Yuzovskaya” LLC.
Taras Kuzmich added that the amount of funds that Naftogaz will pay for Nadra Yuzovskaya includes not only all its expenses, but also a lot of investment obligations.
"Nadra Yuzovskaya" owns a special permit for the Yuzovsky site until 2063.
Yuzovsky site with an area of 7,886 km2 is located in the Dnipro-Donetsk oil and gas basin on the territory of Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. The field can produce up to 20 billion m3 of gas per year.
