Zinovy Kozytsky and Czech investor Karel Komarek acquired the Tynivske gas condensate field

LLC "Horizonty", owned by Ukrainian businessman Zinovy Kozytsky and Czech businessman Karel Komarek, bought LLC "Tynovske" from Rostyslav Okolit

Ukrainian businessman Zinovy Kozytsky and Czech citizen Karel Komarek established full control over the Tynivka gas condensate field in the Lviv region.

It is noted that this was preceded by a legal dispute for the right to use the field, which was conducted between LLC "Horizonty" and LLC "Naftogazrembud-1". Both companies had permits at different depths, but their plots at the Tynivka gas field overlapped.

LLC "Horizonty" is controlled by Karel Komarek (80%, Czech Republic) and Zinovy Kozytsky (20%, Ukraine, Lviv) through the company MND Ukraine a.s. (Czech Republic). The company has six valid special permits for subsoil, belongs to the group "Zahidnadraservice", one of the largest private gas production companies in Ukraine.

According to YouControl, Zinovy Kozytsky (father of the head of the Lviv regional administration, Maksym Kozytsky) and Karel Komarek were registered as the ultimate beneficial owners of "Tynovske" LLC on December 16, 2024. As of January 2025, Kozytsky and Komarek control both special permits for the use of the Tynovske deposit.
