An agricultural enterprise with a land bank of about 2,100 hectares and developed infrastructure for the storage and processing of agricultural products has been put up for sale in Vinnytsia region.

The company specializes in crop production, cultivating corn, wheat, barley, soybeans, and sunflower.

The land bank is компактly located, consists of fertile black soils, and has a weighted average remaining lease term of about 6.5 years.

The asset’s key investment advantage lies in the combination of its land bank with already established infrastructure for the storage, drying, and processing of grain and oilseed crops. The property complex includes a silo elevator with a storage capacity of 11,000 tonnes, a two-module SUKUP grain dryer, as well as flat grain storage facilities with a total area of more than 5,500 square meters, capable of holding approximately 10,000–15,000 tonnes of grain depending on the crop.

Additional value is created by a modern Bühler feed mill with a capacity of 12 tonnes per hour, as well as a BRONTO soybean processing unit with a capacity of 2 tonnes per hour. The enterprise also includes an administrative building with an area of 870 square meters, utility divisions, a vehicle fleet, grain warehouses, and auxiliary premises. A separate source of value is the fleet of modern agricultural machinery.

The asset may be of interest to strategic investors, agricultural holdings, and specialized operators considering the expansion of their land bank, strengthening their raw material base, and achieving vertical integration through in-house storage and processing.

The estimated value of the asset is $10.7 million, while the final price will depend on the transaction structure and the speed of closing.
