As indicated in the message of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, permission was granted to Agro-Sula LLC (Shushvalovka village, Globinsky district, Poltava region) to acquire shares in the authorized capital of Lyashchivka agricultural limited liability company (Lyaschivka village, Chernobaevsky district, Cherkasy region), which ensures that 50% of the votes are exceeded in the supreme governing body of the company.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, the founder of Lyashchivka JLLC is Astarta-Kiev LLC.
The ultimate beneficiaries of Agro-Sula LLC are Andrey Pilipchenko and Vladimir Savenko.
Astarta is a vertically integrated agro-industrial holding operating in Poltava, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Chernigiv, Cherkasy and Kharkiv regions. The holding owns eight sugar factories, agricultural enterprises with a land bank of about 250 000 hectares and dairy farms. In 2014, the holding put into operation a soybean processing plant in Poltava region (Globinsky Processing Plant LLC).
