WinHub, a company within entrepreneur Ruslan Shostak’s Terwin corporation, has acquired a 26 ha land plot in Kyiv Region near Boryspil International Airport for the construction of the second logistics park in its network.
The new site is planned for the development of WinHub Kyiv Airport, a Class A logistics park with a total area of around 160,000 sq m. According to Shostak, this is the second of ten land plots the company plans to acquire to create a national network of modern logistics complexes.
Despite ongoing attacks on Ukraine’s warehouse and transport infrastructure, the company continues to invest in the development of the sector, counting on the long-term growth of the country’s logistics potential.
WinHub’s strategy provides for the acquisition of eight more land plots and the construction of around 1 million sq m of warehouse real estate by 2032 along key transport corridors between Ukraine and the EU. Total investment in the project is estimated at approximately $1 billion.
The first facility in the network is already under construction in Odesa. The first phase of the complex will total 25,000 sq m, while after completion of all stages the logistics park will reach 250,000 sq m.
The company announced the acquisition of its first 18 ha land plot in Kyiv Region in March 2026. A total of 116,000 sq m of warehouse premises is planned to be built there by 2030.
WinHub is a project of Terwin corporation, which was established by Ruslan Shostak in 2023 on the basis of 17 companies, including the EVA and Varus retail chains. The corporation develops projects in retail, logistics and investment.
