The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has added the new Budshliakhmash Industrial Park, to be created in the city of Brovary, Kyiv Region, to the Register of Industrial Parks. The industrial site will cover 11.4 hectares, while total investment in the project is estimated at UAH 1.26 billion. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The initiator of the industrial park is Atomis LLC. The project is designed for 34 years and provides for the creation of up to 500 new jobs, which is expected to support the development of the industrial potential of Kyiv Region. Financing is planned to come from various sources, including through the use of state support mechanisms.
The industrial park is expected to host enterprises producing municipal vehicles, industrial equipment, trailers and semi-trailers, as well as companies specializing in the repair and installation of machinery and equipment. The concentration of manufacturing enterprises on one site is expected to support the localization of machine-building production and expand industrial cooperation.
The project is part of the investment program of Budshliakhmash Group, which in late 2025 began construction of a new 3,000 sq. m production complex in Brovary. The new facility is expected to manufacture vehicle frames, enabling the company to increase the localization level of municipal and special-purpose vehicle production from the current 40–60% to 75%.
In addition, the company previously announced that in 2026 it would begin developing a new production site on the outskirts of Brovary, where the industrial park is being created.
Atomis LLC was registered in August 2025 with charter capital of UAH 3 million. The company’s main activity is the leasing and operation of real estate. The owner of the company is Oleksandr Huivan, who, together with his father Myroslav Huivan, co-owns Budshliakhmash Group.
Budshliakhmash Group is the official representative in Ukraine of a number of Ukrainian and international manufacturers of special-purpose, road and municipal equipment. Its structure includes the Spetsbudmash plant in Brovary, where vehicles are assembled on Daewoo and JAC chassis.
According to YouControl, in 2025 the revenue of Budshliakhmash Company LLC declined by 7.7% to UAH 2.4 billion, while net profit increased by 1.6% to UAH 164 million. Despite the decrease in turnover, the company continues to implement a large-scale investment program aimed at expanding production capacity and increasing the localization of machine-building products in Ukraine.
