"Dimitrovuglevantazhtrans" has been sold using the website "ProZorro. Sales". The auction was also attended by LLC "Uglepromtrans" with a final offer of UAH 67.064 million, which corresponded to the starting price, and LLC "Koal Trans" with an offer of 300 million UAH.
The press service of the State Property Fund (SPF) clarified that the complex includes 18 buildings and structures with a total area of 13.519 thousand m2. The object is located on an area of 56.9 hectares, on 14 sites.
"Dimitrovuglevantazhtrans" serves several mines in the Donetsk region and is engaged in cargo transportation. The activity of the transport company also provides for the support of ground transport - the provision of pushing and towing services.
As reported, in February 2018, Vitaly Kropachev announced the purchase of three processing plants (CEP): “Ukraine”, “Mirnogradskaya” (formerly “Komsomolskaya”) and “Russia”.
Kropachev also controls Krasnolimanskoye LLC, located on the territory of the State Enterprise Krasnolimanskaya, and which mines the coal seams of the enterprise under an agreement until December 2032.
