Dnipro Businessman to Invest 200 Million UAH in Ready-Meals Factory in Kyiv Region

Entrepreneur Vladyslav Shtipelman is investing 200 million UAH in the Neo Food System plant in Kyiv region, which will produce 60,000 ready-to-eat meals per day starting in 2026

Dnipro businessman Vladyslav Shtipelman is investing 200 million UAH in establishing a new food production facility in Kyiv region. His group, Sol Union, has launched the Neo Food System project — a factory that will produce frozen and fully ready-to-eat meals.

The news was announced by Member of Parliament Dmytro Kysylevskyi, who noted that this is Shtipelman’s first investment project outside the city of Dnipro.

Construction is already underway: the industrial building of over 4,000 sq m purchased in advance in Kyiv region is equipped with all necessary utilities — sufficient electrical capacity, water supply, treatment facilities, and a wastewater system.

The plant’s design capacity will enable production of 60,000 ready meals per day. The product range will include chilled meals, pasteurized and sterilized products, as well as deep-frozen dishes. The total investment in the project amounts to 200 million UAH.

According to the schedule, equipment installation will begin in April 2026. Production launch is expected in May, with full capacity to be reached by September 2026.

Sol Union already operates two facilities in Dnipro, producing ready-to-eat meals, instant products, packaged groceries, sugar and coffee sticks, as well as pasta, sauces, and jams. These facilities employ 340 workers, and the company plans to expand its workforce by approximately 130 specialists.

According to YouControl data, Sol Union LLC, registered in Dnipro, is engaged in the processing and preservation of fruits and vegetables, as well as wholesale food trade. The ultimate beneficiary is Vladyslav Shtipelman. In 2024, the company’s revenue decreased to 544 million UAH, compared to 1.3 billion UAH in 2023.
