Avesterra Group, a Ukrainian poultry company owned by brothers Mykhailo and Dmytro Dobkin, has launched a state-of-the-art poultry processing plant in Volyn region, following an investment of approximately €60 million in construction, automation, and environmental safety, according to the company’s press service.
The facility spans nearly 30,000 sq m and complies with top European standards. It has a processing capacity of 13,500 broilers per hour and includes 50 production and auxiliary buildings, along with modern wastewater treatment units capable of processing 3,500 cubic meters per day using membrane filtration technology.
The system enables efficient treatment of all industrial wastewater, significantly reducing the facility’s environmental footprint.
All production processes at the plant are expected to be fully automated. The facility will also be fully equipped with modern machinery from leading global manufacturers.
The plant will produce goods under three brands: “Epikur,” “Chebaturоchka,” and “Delika.”
On May 28, it was announced that the Dobkin brothers had established Avesterra Group in 2025 as a parent company to consolidate their agricultural assets.
