Endeavor Investment Network Plans to Raise Up to $300 Million to Support AI Startups, Including in Ukraine

Global investment and entrepreneurial network Endeavor has announced the expansion of its AI startup support program and plans to raise up to $300 million in investment capital

The global investment and entrepreneurial network Endeavor has announced an expansion of its artificial intelligence startup support program and plans to raise up to $300 million to finance high-potential AI projects in emerging markets, including Ukraine.

The raised capital will be allocated to support technology companies at early and growth stages (Seed–Series B) operating in areas such as generative AI, data infrastructure, business process automation, fintech, healthtech, and defense-related AI solutions. Endeavor places particular emphasis on ecosystems with strong engineering talent and globally oriented products.

The organization notes that Ukraine is viewed as one of the key markets due to its strong technical education base, high concentration of AI engineers, and hands-on experience in developing solutions for complex environments—from cybersecurity to defense and infrastructure technologies.

In addition to direct funding, participating startups will gain access to Endeavor’s global network of mentors, strategic partners, international customers, and leading venture capital funds from the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Analysts note that Endeavor’s initiative reflects a broader shift in global venture capital toward AI projects outside traditional hubs, as well as growing investor interest in technology teams from Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

The first investments under the expanded program are expected to be announced in the coming months.
