Mr Ivan Kuzyakin, the former CEO Bilotserkivskyi Dairy Plant, filed for purchasing 76.6992% shares of PJSC Ostrog Dairy in the Rivne region of Ukraine.
The information portal of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine made a disclosure.
Ivan Kuzyakin managed Bilotserkivskyi Dairy Plant LLC in 2016. At that time, it was a part of the group of companies Terra Food (TM Premialle, TM Bila liniya, TM Tulchinka, TM Ferma, TM Vapnyarka, TM Golden Reserve). Now the enterprise is in the process of liquidation, as a result of the bankruptcy decision in court, as of July 2, 2016.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals, the final beneficiary of the Bilotserkivskyi Dairy Plant is Stanislav Voitovich, the president of Terra Food LLC.
Ostrog Dairy, in its turn, was under control of Oleg Nikolenko (20%), Sergei Opanasenko (17.88%), Volodymydimir Mikhailovskiy (18.82%), and Viktor Stepchenko (20%), as of Q3/2017.
Ivan Kuzyakin manages Anastas-ChV LLC, Dobroslav-Ternopil LLC, Urozhay JV, Ekolife LLC., privately owned enterprise Slavia, Peremoga-KLK LLC, and also he is an owner of Terra-Soil LLC.
