A luxury mansion owned by the family of former First Deputy Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, Oleh Hladkovskyi, has been put up for sale in the upscale Kozyn area near Kyiv. The listing, priced at $4 million, appeared on a real estate website and was first reported by Ukrainska Pravda journalist Mykhailo Tkach.
The mansion, with an area of approximately 870 square meters, sits on a 0.24-hectare plot within the Zoloti Vorota (Golden Gates) cottage community in Koncha-Zaspa. The property offers direct access to a lake and features a spacious living room with a dining area and terrace, a kitchen, guest bedroom, home theater, winter garden, three bathrooms, a spa zone with a swimming pool and sauna, a garage for three cars, staff quarters, and utility rooms. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom, two additional bedrooms with private dressing rooms, a study-library, and a separate living unit for household staff.
The residence boasts a designer interior, is fully furnished, and equipped with modern home appliances. The initial listing was later removed from the website but reappeared with the same description, noting a slightly revised total area of 850 square meters.
Oleh Hladkovskyi is accused of abuse of power and using his official position to secure benefits for Bohdan Motors, an automotive company controlled by his family. The criminal investigation has been ongoing since July 2021. In November 2023, Hladkovskyi left Ukraine and failed to return, prompting his inclusion on the international wanted list. In December 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court authorized a special in absentia pre-trial investigation against his son Ihor Hladkovskyi, who will face trial in absentia over alleged involvement in a corruption scheme related to the procurement of altimeters.
