Almost 40% of the purchases were made in the bracket of USD 50 000 – USD 100 000. These were sales of studios and two bedroom flats in Holosiiv, Pechersk, Sviatoshyno, Obolon, Dneprovsk, Darnytsia, and Shevchenko distinct.
At this, a significant portion of 33% of the deals were under USD 50 000. The deals ranging USD 100 000 – USD 250 000 were also popular in Holosiiv and Pechersk districts of Kyiv.
The market players do not see any essential changes in the market, as of present.
