Lithuanian Modus Energy International B.V and Zhytomyr State Administration signed an investment memorandum for the construction of a solar power plant in Zhytomyr region of Central Ukraine. The investor will spend EUR 31mln for the project in Ukraine.
The projected capacity of the solar power plant will be at 37MWt becoming the largest solar power unit in the region.
Solar projects are gaining momentum in Ukraine and have to be implemented as soon as possible, as green tariff law terminates in 2030.
