Lviv Ventilation Plant has completed construction of the second phase of its production complex, with investment totaling approximately $1.5 million. Once the new facility is launched, the company expects to roughly double its production volumes.
The new production building has already been completed. The company has purchased the required equipment and plans to complete its installation by the end of 2026. This was reported on September 23 by Dmytro Kysylevskyi, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.
To implement the project, the company used state industrial support instruments under the Made in Ukraine policy. In particular, the plant participated in the 5-7-9 concessional lending programme and also received a grant to purchase equipment for the processing industry.
The expansion will continue after the second phase is commissioned. Lviv Ventilation Plant plans to invest an additional approximately $2.5 million in the construction of the third phase.
The company manufactures air ducts, silencers and components for ventilation systems. Its products are used at industrial facilities, retail and hotel complexes, business centres and other properties.
The plant operates a full production cycle and currently processes around 55 tonnes of sheet metal per month. Production volumes increased by 30% in 2025. In 2026, the company is maintaining approximately the same growth rate.
The plant’s investors previously focused on importing ventilation equipment before shifting their strategy toward developing domestic manufacturing in Ukraine. The first phase of the facility, with investment of approximately $1 million, was launched in 2022, several months after the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Following completion of the second phase, the company expects to significantly increase production capacity, while the subsequent implementation of the third phase will enable further expansion of manufacturing operations.
