The major shareholder of domestic Accordbank increased its shareholding from 56,72837% to 77,546119% stake, according to the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine. The major investor purchased 108 567 shares of the additional share issue of the bank. Following the issue, the charter capital of Accordbank increased from UAH 120mln to UAH 231mln (USD 9mln). As a result, other stakeholders decreased their equities, as follows Svitlana Fesenko down from 23,86% to 12,38% and Anatoliy Gulei down from 11,8% to 6 %. At this, the bank plans to increase its statutory capital up to UAH 300mln. Accordbank has been operating since 2008. It has a regional branch of 60 bank outlets over the country. The assets of the bank amounted to UAH 574mln as of 1 July 2017. It was ranked 66 out of 88 in terms of assets in Ukraine.
