Maksym Krippa Acquires 75% Stake in Kyiv's International Exhibition Center

Maksym Krippa, owner of the Parus Business Center, Hotel Ukraina, and the NAVI esports team, has gained control over 75% of the International Exhibition Center (IEC) in Kyiv

Ukrainian entrepreneur and investor Maksym Krippa has commented on the deal: “Every deal in Ukraine, for me, is a symbol of confidence in the country’s future and its investment potential for international partners. We've formalized our agreements on this asset and will now focus on developing its current potential. The deal involved not only shares of A.T.V.5. IEC, but also stakes held by Anatolii and Olena Tkachenko. In total, the acquired share exceeds 75%.”

Krippa’s near-term plans for the IEC include retaining its professional team of over 130 employees, initiating a rethinking of the facility, and enhancing its innovation and inclusivity. He did not rule out the possibility of a functional transformation of the complex in the future, depending on global trends and market demand.

At the same time, Krippa noted that the IEC building does not require urgent modernization, and no expansion or reconstruction is planned at this stage.

According to the center’s official website, the total area of the IEC is 73,230 sq. m, with exhibition halls occupying 38,680 sq. m.
