Maksym Krippa Brings Real Estate, Esports, and Technology Assets Together Under ARS Capital Holding

Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa is formalizing his business ecosystem by creating ARS Capital, a holding company that will consolidate his assets across real estate, esports, and technology ...

Maksym Krippa, a prominent Ukrainian entrepreneur and investor whose assets include esports organization NAVI, Hotel Ukraina, and the Parus business center, has announced plans to formally structure his business ecosystem under a single holding company called ARS Capital. The announcement was made by his press service on April 15.

According to Krippa, the holding already effectively exists, as his key assets have long been managed under a unified logic. Formalizing the structure is not merely a matter of consolidation, but a step toward a clearer and more systematic model for business development. He emphasized that a unified management system would help improve internal processes and increase overall asset management efficiency.

ARS Capital is designed as a single brand that will bring together the entrepreneur’s various business lines. These will include development and real estate, esports, game development, healthtech, artificial intelligence, as well as other investment projects.

The holding’s management model will be based on delegating operational management to professional teams, while remaining under Krippa’s oversight. This means that strategic decisions will remain with the owner, while day-to-day management will be handled by sector-specific specialists.

Krippa’s press service said the launch of ARS Capital is a logical stage in the development of his business ecosystem, which has been actively expanding and diversifying in recent years. His key assets span both real estate and technology and media businesses.

In particular, his assets include:

  • esports organization Natus Vincere (NAVI),
  • game development studio GSC Game World, known for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series,
  • media platform and broadcasting studio Maincast,
  • mobile game developer Burny Games.

In addition, Krippa is actively investing in development projects and commercial real estate in Ukraine. In Kyiv, he owns Hotel Ukraina, the Parus business center, and the International Exhibition Centre; he is also a co-owner of Hotel Dnipro and holds other assets in Ukraine and abroad.

It is also noted that since 2022, Maksym Krippa has been engaged in philanthropic activity as the founder of the MK Foundation.
