Ukrainian company Meest China, which specializes in international delivery services from China, has invested approximately $30 million in new logistics facilities in Lviv region, western Ukraine. The 25,000 sq. m complex is scheduled to become operational by the end of 2026. The announcement was made by company co-owner Viacheslav Lysenko at the 12th Kyiv International Economic Forum.

According to Lysenko, the Ukrainian market continues to offer significant potential for logistics infrastructure development. The company is completing construction of new warehouse facilities, while requirements for their quality and technological capabilities are evolving. Whereas Class A warehouses were previously considered a premium standard, they are now viewed as the minimum requirement for modern logistics operations.

Lysenko also noted that the industry will continue to evolve under the influence of emerging technologies, including the growing adoption of parcel lockers and other delivery solutions. In his view, the introduction of new approaches could significantly reshape Ukraine’s logistics services market.

In addition to infrastructure investments, Meest China is developing employee support programs. In particular, the company rents hotels for four months during the cold season, allowing employees to stay there with their families and recuperate. According to the co-owner, despite the associated costs, the initiative helps improve employee productivity.

Meest China is part of the Meest Group and has operated in the international postal and logistics services market since 2014. The company specializes in delivering personal parcels and commercial shipments from China to Ukraine. It maintains offices and warehouses in both China and Ukraine, provides delivery services from China to approximately 30 countries worldwide, and organizes shipments from South Korea and Japan to Ukraine.
