Yuriy Kosyuk's agricultural holding sold to T&T Trade Ukraine the controlling stake in Dobropolskiy bakery plant in the amount of 4.41 million ordinary registered shares, which is 60.49% in the authorized capital of the enterprise.
The company reported this in the information disclosure for the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market (NSSMSC).
It is noted that prior to the acquisition of a controlling stake in Dobropolskiy bakery plant, T&T Trade Ukraine or its affiliates did not hold shares in the enterprise.
The acquisition of a controlling stake in Dobropolsky bakery plant took place on the basis of a securities purchase and sale agreement dated April 29, 2021, the date of acquisition of the controlling stake is May 26, 2021.
The cost of the transaction and other data were not reported.
According to the YouControl, Yuriy Kosyuk is the ultimate beneficial owner of the Dobropolskiy bakery plant enterprise.
