Owners of The Page and Speka Consolidate ITC.ua, MC.today, and Highload into a New Media Group

The owners of The Page and Speka are consolidating ITC.ua, MC.today, and Highload into a new Ukrainian media group, while the founders of Creators Media Group exit the business

The owners of business outlet The Page and the Speka platform are acquiring three additional media assets — ITC.ua, MC.today, and Highload. Co-founders of Creators Media Group (CMG), Vira Voron and Tymur Vorona, are exiting both ownership and operational management of the group, which previously united these three outlets. The assets will be consolidated with The Page and Speka into a new media group led by Serhii Okhrimenko, CEO of The Page and Speka. MC.today reported the development.

As a result, ITC.ua, MC.today, and Highload will be combined with The Page and Speka to form a single media group that will operate as a business and technology ecosystem. This is not a merger of editorial teams, but the creation of a shared content ecosystem for entrepreneurs, IT professionals, and the broader tech community. All media outlets will continue operating as usual, and editorial teams will remain unchanged.

Vira Voron and Tymur Vorona are fully exiting ownership and management of ITC.ua, MC.today, and Highload. Voron will focus on developing the international PR agency Creators, while Vorona plans to launch new projects outside the media business.

The new media group will be headed by Serhii Okhrimenko, who will be responsible for strategy, management, and further asset consolidation. At the same time, the Speka platform will continue to develop separately as a UGC platform for Ukraine’s technology experts. Okhrimenko also announced the creation of a supervisory board to ensure independent oversight of journalistic and ethical standards.

Technology media outlet ITC.ua was founded in 2001 as an extension of the magazine “Domashniy PC” published by ITC Publishing. After the print edition was discontinued, the website became a standalone project of its founder, Serhii Arabadzhi. ITC.ua’s portfolio currently includes joint projects with brands such as Nvidia, Asus, MSI, and Lenovo, and its monthly audience is around 3 million users.

In 2021, ITC.ua was acquired by MC.today co-founders Tymur Vorona and Vira Voron, who established Creators Media Group. The value of the deal was not disclosed, though it is known that a credit line from private investors was agreed to support the development of ITC.ua and the consolidation of all media assets within CMG.

MC.today has been operating since 2017 and, since 2025, has positioned itself as MC: Money & Career — a media outlet focused on money, careers, investments, financial decisions, and stories of Ukrainian business.

Business publication The Page was founded in 2019 for Ukrainian entrepreneurs. Its audience exceeds 1 million unique readers per month and more than 2 million page views.

Highload.tech was launched in 2021 amid the growth of the IT market and specializes in topics related to developers’ work, careers, and lifestyles.

The Speka platform was launched in 2021 as a resource for entrepreneurs and top managers in the IT sector. Over time, it evolved into a community of authors and experts in IT, artificial intelligence, creative technologies, management, and entrepreneurship. The platform’s monthly reach is about 365,000 users.

According to 2025 results, pages of Creators Media Group’s outlets recorded around 70 million views, with a combined audience of approximately 18 million unique users. “Today the media group is profitable, and I consider this an incredible achievement by the team, given the market challenges,” Vira Voron wrote on her Facebook page.
