The winner of the auction for the sale of the plant "Rosinka" was LLC "FINANCIAL COMPANY "RICARD" with an offer of UAH 129.7 million

On March 29, the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund held an auction for the sale of the "Rosinka" plant, which belonged to the subsidiary of the Russian Sberbank JSC MRB.

The lot included:

  • plant of soft drinks with a total area of 22.5 thousand m not far from the station. metro station "Shulyavskaya";
  • technological and auxiliary equipment for the production of soft drinks;
  • shares of the legal entity-borrower and proprietary intellectual property rights as a mark of goods and services, in particular the trademark "Rosinka";
  • debit debt to the company.

LLC “FINANCIAL COMPANY “RICARD” that won the auction belongs to LLC “ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY “ARIVO ASSET MANAGEMENT”, which is part of the financial and industrial group of brothers Alexander and Vyacheslav Suprunenko.

Oleksandr Suprunenko is a former deputy of the Kyiv City Council, as well as a former people's deputy of the 6th convocation from the Party of Regions (left the party in 2011).

Vyacheslav Suprunenko is the younger brother of Alexander, who was also a former member of the Kyiv City Council. His wife is the daughter of the former mayor of Kyiv, Leonid Chernovetsky.

The Suprunenko brothers own Asvio Bank, PJSC Kievkhlib and companies related to construction and real estate.

The Kiev plant of soft drinks "Rosinka", built back in 1960, worked until its bankruptcy in 2015. The plant had credit obligations for UAH 1 billion. before the Russian Sberbank, which independently tried to alienate the plant. As a result, the bank did nothing, since in May 2022, by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, all the property of MRB JSC, together with debt obligations, was transferred to the disposal of the State Property Fund.
