The deal is yet not approved by Antitrust Committee of Ukraine, National Securities and Stock Market Commission and also by State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets.
Between ICU group and Docherniy bank Sberbanka Rossii” public company was reached an agreement about salling of 100% share in nominal capital of LLC “Troyka Dialog Ukraina”.
CEO of ICU group Konstantin Stetsenko mentions that the deal became a part of the strategy of controllable assets increasing of the group. ICU includes AMC “Investitsionniy Capital Ukraina”, which is the biggest company for its public funds` assets capacity. Other funds of ICU group are also the leaders in profitability rankings.
LLC “Troyka Dialog Ukraina” had 121 mln UAH at its disposal till the end of the May therefore being among the first three leaders in private pension funds service.
