State run OpenMarket SETAM put Black Sea Hotel Rishelevskaya in Odessa up for sale for USD 8.4mln.
The auction is scheduled for January 19, 2018, and the starting price of the lot is UAH 234mln (at USD 9mln).
Hotel complex Black Sea Rishelevskaya with a total area of almost 12 thousand sq. m has 225 rooms. The infrastructure of the complex includes a restaurant, conference rooms and a beauty salon.
According to the state auction SETAM, the hotel is located not far from the historic center of Odessa. The hotel complex is a part of the Black Sea Hotel chain (Tourist and Production Company Black Sea), owned by an Odessa businessman, former owner of ImexBank and the current owner of Chornomorets football club.
According to the State Register, the final beneficiary of the PJSC Tourist and Production Company Black Sea is Leonid Klimov, who together with his business partner Alexander Lizhenkov are ultimate beneficiaries of the PJSC Chornomorets Football Club.
The Black Sea hotel chain operates nine hotels in Odessa and Odessa region, and in Kyiv. The head office of the chain is located next to the stadium of the FC Chornomorets and the Black Sea Shevchenko Park hotel.
PJSC Tourist and Production Company Black Sea was registered in 1997. The business activities of the company are renting and operating of own or leased real estate.
The charter capital of the company amounts to UAH 29.4 mln.
