Beta Kimyasal Maddeler Yatirim A.S. (Beta, Istanbul) obtained permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to increase its stake in Miroplast LLC from 24.9% to a controlling stake.
As of present, Beta Kimyasal owns UAH 3.5mln of the charter capital of Miroplast LLC amounting to UAH 14mln, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Miroplast is a manufacturer of PVC profiles, windows and doors under the brands of WDS, Galaxy and Olimpia. The company has its representative offices in Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Serbia.
The company was registered in 2006. Turkish Beta, in its turn, was also founded in 2006. One of the members of the company, Mustafa Bashar, participated in the opening ceremony of the manufacturing facility in Dnipro. The total amount of investment into which amounted to EUR 25mln at that time.
