Valuation of Corporate Rights of Two Key Morshynska Producers Rises to UAH 5.8 Billion

The independent valuation of corporate rights of PJSC "Industrial Distribution Systems" and PJSC "Morshynska Mineral Water Plant Oscar" increased by 93% in 2025

The press service of IDS Ukraine announced that the corporate rights of PJSC "Industrial Distribution Systems" have been valued at UAH 3 billion (approximately $75 million), while the corporate rights of the "Oscar" plant were valued at UAH 2.8 billion (approximately $68 million).

The valuation surfaced during the consideration by Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) of a lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Justice seeking the confiscation of corporate rights of IDS Ukraine enterprises in favor of the state.

The valuation was submitted to HACC by one of IDS Ukraine’s shareholders, Black Waters Limited.

The growth in corporate rights value is attributed to a significant increase in the company’s revenue, which reached UAH 6.8 billion.

In 2024, IDS Ukraine — the producer of "Morshynska" and "Myrhorodska" mineral waters — reported a 130% rise in net profit, reaching UAH 708 million. The company also invested UAH 196 million into expanding and upgrading its production facilities.
