Winhub and European Developer White Star to Build $80M Logistics Park Near Kyiv

Winhub and European developer White Star Real Estate will invest $80 million in the construction of a 90,000 sq m logistics park near Kyiv as part of a project to create 1 million sq m of Class A ...

Ukrainian logistics company Winhub, part of entrepreneur Ruslan Shostak’s Terwin corporation, and European developer White Star Real Estate will establish a joint venture to build a modern logistics park in Kyiv Region. Total investment in the project will amount to $80 million.

The agreement was signed during the Ukraine Recovery Conference, URC 2026, in Gdańsk, Poland, with the participation of Oleksii Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The joint project provides for the construction of a Class A logistics complex in the village of Mriia near Kyiv with a total area of 90,000 sq m. The project will be implemented in five stages on an 18 ha land plot. The first stage involves the construction of around 20,000 sq m of warehouse space, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

The new logistics park will become Winhub’s first project implemented jointly with an international partner and part of the company’s broader strategy to develop modern warehouse infrastructure in Ukraine.

Earlier, Winhub had already acquired land plots in Kyiv Region for the implementation of its projects. In particular, the company purchased land in Bucha to build its first Class A logistics park and later acquired another site in the same region.

According to Terwin Corporation President Ruslan Shostak, the idea of creating Winhub emerged three years ago during one of the previous Ukraine recovery conferences. The project was designed both to meet the logistics needs of the group’s own business and to address the acute shortage of modern Class A warehouses in the Ukrainian market.

The construction of the complex in the village of Mriia is the first stage of Winhub’s long-term programme, which envisages the creation of 1 million sq m of Class A warehouse real estate. To implement the entire programme, the company plans to attract around $1 billion in investment.

Ruslan Shostak also noted that the agreement with White Star Real Estate is one of the largest deals involving foreign capital in Ukraine outside the defense and energy sectors since the start of the full-scale war. According to him, the project is intended to send an important signal to international investors about the development prospects of Ukraine’s logistics real estate market.
