Location
This project involves the construction of a solar ground power plant with a capacity of 32 MW on a land plot of 60 hectares, which is located 85 km from Kyiv, at the address: Kyiv region, Rokytne district, Zhytni hory village.
The land plot for the SPP meets all the necessary criteria for the construction and the most efficient operation of the station. The project contains documents certifying the right to use the land plot (lease agreement for 49 years). There is a possibility of buying a land plot (conditions are negotiated).
The site is located near the Sukholesy substation (110/35 / 27.5 kV), connection to which is planned.
The project includes a package of permits for the start of the station construction. A presentation with the calculation of the financial model until 2045 is available upon request.
Key parameters of the investment project
The project provides for the following performance indicators of the SPP:
- Power – 32 mW

Project benefits
- The green tariff is € 0.079 per 1 kW/hour (plus VAT 20%) until December 31, 2029 (guaranteed by the state at the legislative level)
- a surcharge of up to 20% to the green tariff for the use of Ukrainian equipment
- the opportunity to fix the tariff for 20 years at the "green auction" from 2021.
- The land plot is leased for a long term, with a designated purpose for industrial use. There is no risk of unpredictable changes in the rent. The land can be purchased additionally, which will significantly reduce rental costs, reduce operating costs and improve project performance.
- Connection to the Sukholesy high-voltage line (7.5 km) is available, costing approximately 1.3 million euros for 32 MW
- 100% environmentally friendly project, a constant increase in the popularity of alternative sources of electricity in the world and in Ukraine
- The return on investment of a solar power plant is 18-20% per annum
- Fairly fast payback period of the project – from 5 to 7 years, depending on the equipment selected and the level of the green tariff received.
Project cost: € 1.2 million
Project stage: ready to build
