About us

" Kaznachey " –is an E-payment processing cloud platform for internet shops and mobile devices. In May we received the SSL EV certificate with deep internal investigation, and in July we were the first in CIS to pass the certification in loud and received PCI DSS Service Provider Level 2. Currently we develop quickly in Ukraine and process e-payments with: Visa/Mastercard bank cards, Privat24, Lypkey, Webmoney, terminals of Pryvatbank, and started the installation of credit payment. We work as an agent of Pryvatbank, Pivdennyi, Alfabank, Lypkey banks and financial company PayU, which gives us the opportunity to offer all the needed “from single source” payment scheme to the venditor, provide the best financial and technical processing requirements and also perform “multistage” e-payment processing in a few banks simultaneously.

After passing the certification we developed and launched a new payment form, which gives a growth of conversion by 10-30%, in comparison to the direct connection to the bank, we mastered how to work with private customers through a legal procedure, managed the distribution of conveyance between legal bodies and private customers, made a payment on card and account, developed more than 50 finished modules, brought the process of access and start up to 15 minutes, and from now on remittance of funds takes 10 minutes. These factors provide us with a quick growth of client base and turnover in Ukraine.

This is only a list of the functional capabilities, and we also developed unique payment processing mechanisms on a technical level.   

Distribution channels

Currently the main channel is direct selling. We formed our own sells department, and actively use a few call-centers for diapason expansion. In addition we buy the traffic in the context, take part in field-oriented conferences, work with technological CMS forums and started to develop the network of partners.

Accomplishments

The most significant of our accomplishments are the intensive growth on the market and clients` reviews https://kaznachey.ua/clients/reviews. We confidently apply pressure on competitors upon condition of absence of direct dumping commission. In October 2013 we took the first place in GTF rating project. It was a great achievement as for a new project, even though we didn`t raise funds.  

In August 2014 we hit top 10 bet projects of Europe and Asia (from 1670 projects) and represented Ukraine on Webitcongress in Istanbul http://games.webitcongress.com/founders-games/vote.php. In October 2014 we were chosen from more than 130 Ukrainian projects in relation to IDCEE conference. There we were noticed by Micrisoft, which described us as “unique cloud concept” and received the invitation to move to the Kyiv Microsoft office for a month. We started to work actively in May 2014. By this time we were able to offer a legal method of accessing without “paper” contract and instant payments on card.  In spite of all E-commerce requirements in Ukraine we show the stable growth of clients base and turnover. Only in 6 month we managed to connect up 700 clients from Ukraine and Russia, around 30 are on connection stage at the moment and 200 are going to connect in next 2 month. Without making any marketing operations, already for 2 month the company shows the stable growth of demand from Russia, Kazakhstan and Estern Europe. Till the end of 2014 we are planning to start out in Russia, open the representational office in Poland and start connecting the first EU clients

Investments

From the moment when the idea was born and till the start-up of the first pilot project we spent 2 years. Project was financed at the expenses of founders and was equal to $35 000.  In 2014 “Kaznachey” attracted $200 000 of seed investments from WannaBiz business incubator and private investor and $80 000 of technological investments from Microsoft. We are the residents of Microsoft BizSpark.

Currently we have primary agreements with a few big investment funds about sponsoring our project in case of a successful start in Russia and Poland. We are looking for investments for start-up in these regions.  
On the moment of seed investments the company was estimated in $1 mln. Currently it is estimated in $3 mln

We have primary agreements with Life.Sreda, iTechcapital funds, EBRD bank, Microsoft VC and CIG about solid funds attraction in case if we will show the successful operating results on Russian and European markets. The investments are needed for a valid start-up in Russia and Poland. We are planning to attract $600 000 on development in these regions.

Considering the fact that  we are fully cloud platform, 70% of investments we are going to spend on marketing and client attraction, 30% - is the salary, operating expenses and call-centers` services. After the confident entry into the market, the part of funds will be channeled on financial company arrangement in these regions. It is necessary for reduction of risks, which are connected to banks and payment systems and will allow increasing the revenue.

Resume

We are only 5 month away from the project, which was unknown on the market, and grew into the company, which is already known in Ukraine and soon will be launched in Russia and Poland. Next year we are planning to work on whole European territory and start up in Asia. Growth of client base and turnover is now 30-40% per month. From our part, we prepared all for this growth, and we need the qualified investment partner, who will keep our growth and development.
