Brief characteristic
The object is a universal production and logistics complex (former plant for the production of glass products).

The production of glass containers stopped in December 2014.
Current status: the profile equipment is being dismantled (scheduled completion – March 2019), after which the facility will be prepared for the conversion of activities. The object is not rented and does not have any encumbrances.
Possible courses of operations: chemical industry, machine-building industry, production of building materials, wood processing, agriculture, logistics and other types of industrial production.

Land plot
The object is a property complex of administrative, industrial and warehouse buildings and technical facilities, located on plots No. 1-4 with a total area of 12.47 ha.
In private ownership of the company there are plots No. 1 and No. 2 with a total area of 4.0853 ha with designated use: 11.02. For placement and operation of the main, ancillary and additional buildings and constructions of the enterprises of processing, machine-building and other industry:
- Plot No. 1 – 3.9447 ha (buildings of the new production complex: glass container unit, composite unit and warehouse of finished products).

In the long-term lease for 49 years (until April 2060) are plots No. 3 and No. 4 with a total area of 8.3889 ha with designated use: 11.02. For placement and operation of the main, ancillary and additional buildings and constructions of the enterprises of processing, machine-building and other industry:
- Plot No. 3 - 7.2348 ha (buildings and structures of the old glass plant).
- Plot No. 4 – 1.1541 ha (biofilter building and wastewater treatment plant)

- Administrative building - 445 sq.m.
- Building of glass container unit, including administrative complex – 15951 sq.m.
- Building of a composite plant – 5736 sq.m.

Communications:
- Electricity. Input from south railway sub-station "Merefa Tyagovaya" 110/6 kV. Installed capacity-10000 kVA. The permitted capacity of the connection – 4100 kV. 1 class of energy consumption. Reserve input from the sub-station "Merefa" JSC Kharkivoblenergo 35/6 kV. Installed capacity - 7500 kVA. The permitted capacity of the connection – 1000 kV. 2 class of energy consumption.
- Gas. Gas is supplied to the territory. Medium pressure gas. The capacity of the project is 2500 cubic meters per hour. After the production was stopped, the gas equipment was conserved, plugs were installed on the gas supply line to the territory of the enterprise.
- Heat supply. Waste heat boiler of waste gas from glass melting furnace. Currently, there is no centralized heat supply to the buildings of the new production complex. An electric boiler is installed in the administrative building.
- Water supply. Wells: No. 3 with a depth of 78m with the debit of 16.0 cubic meters/year. No. 5989 depth of 880m with the debit of 50.0 cubic meters/year
- Water disposal. Through its own biological treatment facilities with a capacity of 438.0 cubic meters/day (159.87 thousand cubic meters/year) in the river Merefa.
- Railway branch. Demarcation zone with the railway station Merefa - 40 meters. On the territory of the enterprise there are:
- 1 dead-end branch for unloading bulk materials and loading covered open cars;
- 1 dead-end branch for unloading bulk and container materials;
- 1 overtaking branch ("fish");
- 3 arrows and railway scales.
