General description of the object
The facility is located in Mykolaiv, 12 km away from the port.
The main activities are: processing and preserving fish, crustaceans and shellfish, non-specialized wholesale trade of food, beverages and tobacco products, warehousing, lease and operation of own or leased real estate.
The enterprise has a five-story low-temperature storage with a capacity of 10,000 tons of simultaneous storage with refrigerating chambers of various capacities, utility rooms and four freight elevators. Two elevators with a lifting capacity of 5 tons, two elevators with a lifting capacity of 3.2 tons.
Refrigeration supply is carried out centrally, by a separate refrigeration and compressor shop. Refrigeration unit type – two-stage ammonia, compression type. Consists of ADS-130 and ADS-260 units, with a total cooling capacity of 2000 Gcal/hour, manufactured in the late 80s.
Refrigeration chambers are equipped with battery-type cooling devices (wall and ceiling). Temperature regulation in the chambers is carried out on a per-chamber basis using control stations located floor by floor. The range of supported temperatures is -18 +2 C. Temperature monitoring is carried out using alcohol and electronic thermometers.
There are also seven medium-temperature chambers of various cargo capacities. Maintaining the temperature mode in the abovementioned chambers is carried out automatically, using autonomous freon refrigeration units with electronic compression-type control. All refrigeration units are equipped with automatic and protective devices. The range of supported temperatures is from -20 C to +80 C. Equipment and components of refrigeration units were produced in Europe in 2018-2019.
The block of chambers N ° N ° 1,2,3 is equipped with a medium-temperature centralized system, consisting of 3 Copeland compressors (Germany) 2 * ZB 114 and 1 * ZB 95 and 2 air condensers with fans made in Czech Republic. Air coolers from Garcia Camara (Spain) are installed in the chambers. Chamber 1 – EC 113BE – 2 pcs., Chamber No. 2 – EC86 – 4 pcs., Chamber No. 3 – EC 135BE.
The block of medium-temperature chambers No. 4,5,6,7 are equipped with AREA APTXSs-7 Tropic and AREA APTXSs-10 Tropic compressor and condensing units based on Panasonic scroll compressors (Poland) and AREA REJ 2003 09 3.2D and AREA REJ 2004 12 3.2 air coolers D (China) with sets of protection and automation devices. Camera No. 4: CCA – AREA APTXSs-7 Tropic – 1 pc., and VO – AREA REJ 2004 12 3.2D – 2 pcs. Cameras No. 5,6: KKA – AREA APTXSs-10 Tropic – 1 pc., VO AREA REJ 2004 12 3.2D – 2 pcs. (cam 5), AREA REJ 2003 09 3.2D (cam 6). Camera No. 7: CCA – AREA APTXSs-7 Tropic – 1 pc., and VO – AREA REJ 2004 12 3 / 2D – 2 pcs.
