Investing in real estate development in Canada

The proposal for investor is as follows: we can help to organise investments in Canadian real estate, select a property on turnkey basis, get approval from the City Hall, arrange the development process, ensure a quick sale of the property (25%-50% return in this case) or manage the property to generate a sustainable cashflow (7% return in this case).

The structure of earnings from re-development is as follows:

  1. We will find and purchase property on the investors company (we will register a company for you in Canada in advance)

  3. We will do necessary paperwork with the City Hall.
  4. Tear dowm an old building.
  5. Prepare and run construction of new building
  6. At 50%, the building is placed for sale.
  7. By the end of construction, there will be at least 1-3 potential buyers per house.
  8. We sell to the highest bidder.
  9. We charge our 10-15 fee for project, pay taxes and the remaining profit goes to the investor.
