In recent years, there was an enterprise on the territory of this property complex. The company produced plastic pipes for water and gas supply, and pipes for enterprises of the metallurgical, mining and chemical industries. At present, the activity of the company is almost completely suspended, and this is why the production complex is currently for sale.
Property
The enterprise uses two land plots with a total area of 6.3409 hectares with a designated purpose for the placement and operation of the main and auxiliary buildings and structures of the processing, machine-building and other industries:
1. The main production and administrative building are located on the territory of land plot with an area of 2.5 hectares. The land is used on the basis of a lease agreement.
2. A land plot with an area of 3.8409 hectares is in use in accordance with a lease agreement (dated 06.08.2004 for a period of 49 years).
The property complex includes the following objects:
• production and administrative building - 4 336.6 sq. m;
• transformer substation - 80.3 sq. m;
• checkpoint - 376.6 square meters;
• sewage pumping station - 8.4 sq. m;
• pumping station -20.2 sq. m;
• well with a pump;
• lake;
• gantry crane platform;
• metal warehouse with a total area of 721.9 sq.m.
Electricity and other:
• The territory has its own transformer substation with two 1.6 MW transformers. The first one is operating daily while the second is in reserve. The total power is 3.2 MW. The substation fully covers all production processes and has a significant power reserve with the potential for expanding production.
• The facility uses an efficient cooling system for production facilities, where the bulk of the water is rainwater, with the possibility of "feeding" the system with pumps with distilled water.
• The complex also has its own fire extinguishing system.

1. Purchase of a property complex - USD 1,350,000.
2. Purchase of a business for the production of polyethylene pipes including real estate and equipment (price is negotiable).
