ABOUT THE COMPANY
Location: Berezhany village, Davydivska TG, Lviv region.
The company "Viktar" was engaged in the production of soft drinks and carbonated waterduring 2000-2020 and had significant success in the Ukrainian market. Water for the production of beverages was taken from its own natural spring in the village of Berezhany, not far from Lviv. Hydrocarbonate calcium water is rare in Ukraine and has won numerous awards.
The company's products were supplied to 14 regions of Ukraine. Drinks were sold under the following brands: VIKTAR, fruktuna, Hirska kryshtaleva, Vodichka, Knyazhy kvas, Kozatskyi on spring water, etc.
The company has been closed since 2020. The technological equipment has been preserved, including for the production of pet bottles, preparation in laboratory conditions of various recipes of soft drinks, bottling in pet bottles and glass bottles. The ramp allows you to load up to 5 cars at the same time. Freight elevators and platforms are available. The territory is covered with concrete slabs of the airfield type.

Electricity supply
There are two separate independent input lines. The object has its own built-in TP for 2 transformers of 630 kVa.
Water supply and drainage
There are own wells that were used for the technological needs of water production, as well as for economic needs. The permit for special water use will be renewed if necessary. Water drainage is a household sewage system for general use.
Gas supply
There is low pressure. If necessary, it is possible to connect to the medium-pressure hydroelectric power plant passing along the boundary of the object.
PROPOSAL FOR THE INVESTOR
Sale of the entire complex by assigning the corporate rights of a legal entity. A long-term lease of a complete property complex is also possible.
Possible areas of use of the property complex:
- industrial purpose (food or other types of production activity);
